Upgrades from Spot 6.x to to Spot 7 cost 100 euros (plus VAT, if applicable). If you would like to upgrade, please contact us as we will need to make remote changes to your dongle.
If you lose your dongle, you will be charged 200 euros plus postal costs for a replacement, so make sure you keep it in a safe place. We will also require your dongle number (see the Help, About window in Spot), so make a note of that, too. Please also note that lost dongles are only replaced once.
Automatic transcription with translation costs 0.28 euros per minute of video. Prices are rounded up to the nearest minute. If you process a video with a duration of 24 minutes 10 seconds, for example, 25 minutes will be charged. We give you 15 minutes of free processing so you can see for yourself exactly how much time you'll save. Contact us if you need to purchase more minutes.
Template creation (creating a timed file with English subtitles) costs 2.50 euros per hour of video. We give you five hours of free processing.Contact us if you need to purchase more minutes.
Template translation (translation of a timed template file with all formatting and timing retained) is free. All you need is a DeepL API key, which you can get from here. This allows you to translate 500,000 characters per month, which equates to approximately 6,000 subtitles.
